  • How do you get paid if I’m not paying for your services?

Travel suppliers (like Disney or cruise lines) factor the cost of a travel agent into their package prices. When you book with me, I receive a commission directly from the supplier on the sale I generate.

  • What services do you offer?

I can assist you with every aspect of your vacation planning, from choosing the perfect destination to booking flights, accommodations, park tickets, dining reservations, and more. I’ll handle the logistics and provide you with all the information and tips you need for a stress-free and magical experience. Additionally, I can help you book extras like stroller rentals, special events, tours, spa appointments, and tee times. And if any issues arise during your trip, I’m just a phone call, text, or email away to help get things back on track.

  • Do I have to pay for the whole trip upfront?

Typically not. The required deposit amount depends on various factors like travel party size, destination, total cost, and the specific travel supplier. I’ll provide you with all the details regarding deposits and final payments during our communication. For example, Walt Disney World requires an initial deposit with the remaining balance due 30 days before your trip, while Universal Orlando requires an initial deposit based on your party size with the balance due 45 days prior to travel.

  • I already booked my trip elsewhere. Can you still help me?

In most cases, yes! If you booked directly with a supplier (like Disney or a cruise line), we can often transfer your existing reservation and you can still benefit from my services. Simply fill out a quote request form and let me know you have a current booking. I’ll check for any available discounts or special offers that may apply. However, if you booked with another travel agent or agency, I won’t be able to assist you due to professional courtesy.

  • How do I make payments?

We can process payments for major credit cards through a secure online portal or over the phone. This ensures the safety and privacy of your financial information.

For most Disney and Universal Orlando packages, you can book up to 500 days in advance. However, some specific experiences (like dining reservations, special events, or park reservations) may have different booking windows. Cruises typically open for booking 18-24 months in advance. Booking early allows you to secure your desired dates and activities, especially during peak seasons.

  • Do you book travel destinations besides Disney World?

Yes, I can book your flights as part of your vacation package with certain suppliers. Please check with me in advance for any specific flight requests. Flights cannot be added to Disney or Universal vacation packages.

  • Should I buy travel insurance?

A comprehensive travel insurance policy can cover unexpected situations like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. In most cases, travel insurance can be added to your vacation package up to the final payment deadline.

  • What happens if a promotion comes out after I book?

We constantly monitor your booking for any price drops or promotions that may become available and will apply any qualifying discounts to your reservation. Keep in mind that some promotions may have restrictions, such as residency requirements, age limitations, or change fees. We’ll notify you of any applicable promotions before making any changes to your booking.
