Are your services really free?

Yes! My services are 100% complimentary to you. You will pay the same, and in many cases lower rates, than you would if you book directly with a supplier. 

If I’m not paying for your services, how do you get paid?

A commission is paid out directly from the supplier on sales generated. 

What services do you offer?

As your travel planner, I can help you determine the best vacation package for your family and budget. From destination options, park tickets, dining locations, air travel and ground transportation, and more! Once your vacation is booked, I will provide you with all the information and tips you need for a stress-free, magical vacation. I can also assist in booking any stroller or scooter rentals, special events, tours, spa appointments, and tee times. You’ll be fully prepared when you leave for your vacation, but if you run into any problems along the way I will be just a phone call, text, or email away to help get you back on track.

Do I have to pay for the whole trip when I book?

Not typically – A deposit can be made depending on several factors: travel party size, travel date, total cost, etc. I will provide all of the deposit and final payment details during our communications. Walt Disney World packages require an initial deposit and the remaining balance is not due until 30 days prior to travel. Universal Orlando packages require an initial deposit based on your travel party size and the remaining balance is not due until 45 days prior to travel.

I already booked my trip, can I still work with you?

In most cases, yes. If you booked your reservation direct with a supplier (cruise line, Disney, etc), we can certainly transfer your booking and you can take advantage of my services. Just fill out a quote request and let me know you have a current booking and I will check immediately for a lower rate. As a professional courtesy, if you booked with another agent or agency I will not be able to help you.

How are payments handled?

Payment information for major credit cards can be obtained either through a secure portal or via telephone. This ensures the safety and privacy of your payment details. 

How far in advance do I need to book?

Vacation packages are available for dates up to 500 days in advance on a rolling basis for most Disney Resort and Universal Orlando options. Some locations and features may have alternate booking windows (ie. dining reservations, park reservations, special events & tickets).  Cruises are typically open for booking 18 to 24 months in advance. Booking your vacation well in advance allows plenty of time to make the most magic and ensure the vacation of your dreams becomes a reality.

Do you book travel other than Disney World?

Absolutely! I specialize in Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando, Universal Hollywood, and so much more. You can send in a quote request or an email to inquire about specific suppliers. 

Do you book flights? 

Yes, I can book your air travel as part of the package through certain suppliers. Please check with me in advance for certain requests. 

Should I buy travel Insurance?

The best way to protect your trip and to have complete peace of mind is to have full and comprehensive travel insurance. A good travel insurance policy will protect you from most eventualities and i most cases can be added into the vacation package up to final payment. While some suppliers may not require travel insurance, purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended. 

What happens if a promotion comes out after I book?

No Problem! Travel planners are continually monitoring your booking for any promotions or price reductions and will apply the qualifying savings. Please keep in mind, some promotions are specifically for residents of specific states, seniors, military, etc – or a change fee may be required to add the savings. If a promotion or discount applies to you, you will be notified before any changes are made. 

Do you book group travel?

Yes, for specific destinations and packages. Please send me an email with specific details to see how I can help you.
