Everybody loves a good snack, am I right? As someone who is allergic or intolerant to most of the yummy foods, it’s hard to find truly yummy and healthy snacks. Today, I want to share some of my favorite snacks and drinks that I always have on hand.
🍽 RX Bar – These are full of all the yummy things and no bad stuff.
🍽 Whisps – I could eat an entire bag of these in one sitting. They’re super yummy and high in protein.
🍽 Nut Thins – These are like healthy cheese crackers. I love their crunch and how addicting they are.
🍨 Non-Dairy Ben & Jerry’s – Okay, this isn’t exactly “healthy” but it’s a great ice cream alternative. Chocolate Fudge Brownie is my favorite flavor.
☕️Coffee Over Cardio Cold Brew – Coffee is a must and this is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.
🍹Pineapple Bubly Water – I’m a sparkling water fanatic and Bubly is by far my favorite. The pineapple flavor tastes like Summer in a can and makes me feel all the happy feels when I drink it.
